Start with a Wellness Account Website Tour in order to see all the services and benefits available to every member.   

First, Melaleuca has their own brands.  Ecosense is the brand for all cleaning products.  Peak Performance represents the nutrition products providing tested and proven supplements to improve our immune system and general health.  Wellness Inspired Beauty products are called Sei Bella.

When you get to know your
Wellness Website it all becomes easy.

The menu of products lists not only the brands listed above, but the other many products that you are using at home anyway.  

Simply click on the word naming the line of products which are of interest to you.

Knowing how to change contact information, etc. is extremely important to feel comfortable.  Click on the little head to the right of the word lists and there will be a little menu including Account Settings.

There is so much information when you click on each one of the links on the list.

1. Coupons are sent each month. Pick your date here.

2. Here you may update you payment, and contact information.  

3. Let Melaleuca know if you want to receive texts or emails, etc.

4.  Now is the time to fix the backup order to be just what you want.  Then put a notification on your phone to remind you to shop by the 20th of the month so you receive the maximum amount of free products.  See below for more information on the Backup Order.

Understanding the Backup Order

Most customers are Preferred Customers which means they have agreed to shop once a month for at least 35 product points.  Then you qualify for the 30% - 40%  discounts on all products.  Melaleuca does this so they can predict what to manufacture and therefore keep the prices down.

If you do not order on the website by the end of each month, then Melaleuca will send what YOU HAVE CHOSEN AS A BACKUP ORDER.

If you do not want to shop and do not want to receive the backup order, then you should fill out the form called "Suspend Preferred Customer Benefits".  This changes your status to one where you will pay retail prices, but you are also not committed to shop monthly. This form must be uploaded on the Melaleuca website by the last day of the last month where you want to shop as a preferred customer.

On any given month you can actually reactivate your preferred customer status, if you choose.

Since this page is for Melaleuca, The Wellness Company, customers only, log into your Melaleuca.com website before you begin.  Most of the links will only work if you are logged into your Melaleuca account.

Haven't shopped for a while?  No problem. Has it been over 6 months?  Click here to open a new account so you receive benefits like $100 in FREE PRODUCTS.

If you shopped within the last 6 months, you are most likely a regular Melaleuca customer and all you need to do is log in to Melaleuca.com.  If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot Password" and create a new one.  You can activate your preferred customer account, shop as a regular customer and pay retail, or just look at the website. 

Day 2 - Refer New Customers 

IF You are One of the 18% of customers Who Would Like to Earn a Thank You Check Each Month START WITH the GROW APP and earn all your Badges by learning the system.

The GROW App has most of the information about the company in a beautiful format with a video, a pdf, or a link.  You will find that this is the best way to communicate with not just your customers, but prospective customers, and others who have questions about the products and the company.

Step 1 Earn Your Badges on the GROW APP.

Step 2 Strategy Session in person or on THE GROW APP.

Step 3 Plug in to Melaleuca Company Events and training.

Step 4  Add Google Calendar.  Then go to "Other Calendars" , click the "+" to add a calendar.  Type in Wellness 12 Team Calendar.  Sandie Siemens will add you to the calendar and You will now see all of the Overviews and Team Events by our team. 

Step 5 Join the "She Means Business" Facebook page to learn more about our team and the events in the United States and Canada.
