Listen carefully to your body and what it is telling you.
1. Does you body want to move more?
2. Does it like the food and nutrition you are putting into your body?
3. Are the products you are using on your body and in your home causing you to be healthier or sick?
4. What type of liquids are you putting in your body?
5. How is the air you are breathing?

Let's look at your exercise program.
1. Set a Schedule for your exercise program that fits with your lifestyle and personality as well as interests. If you don't then you won't do it. I've know people who sign up for a "Boot Camp" of intense exercise for 5 days a week at 5:00 am for 6 weeks when the only exercise they have not done any exercise recently. Maybe a very small number of people will stick with it because they have been in "Boot Camps" in the past, but most will quit and then not do anything.
2. Give Variety to your Exercise Program
3. Include at least one weight work out a week. This is extremely important to strengthen not just your muscles, but your bones also.
4. Add a simple program like walking with a friend a couple days a week. Maybe jogging is something you enjoy, but overall, jogging or running is not the healthiest way to go and may not be something you can sustain. It is difficult to find a partner who is at the same level as you, so you most likely will be going it alone.
You may want to go to your local gym and sign up for a coach to get you moving in the right direction. Coaches can teach you how to use the equipment.
If finances are available, you can continue to have a personal trainer who meets you at the gym or even comes to your home.
OsteoStrong Programs are a wonderful alternative to speed up exercise as long as you also have at least 2 to 4 activities to increase the heartrate.
Gyms offer group programs with an instructor which often include some weights. They can be a group class like Zumba, Step (although that is not as popular as it once was), dancing, barre, pilates, yoga, strength, cycling, and aqua fit or aqua zumba.
Some of the advantages of group programs are that the schedule is flexible and when you commit to attending on a regular basis you develop friendships with others who may be supportive and look for you to be there.
