So you are shopping at Melaleuca?  Congratulations - Smart Move!

Whether you are brand new or shopped here for a while, we want to make sure you understand all the fun stuff here that makes this a great place to shop!  Log in to your Melaleuca account so all of the links work.  We don't want you to miss a thing!

Day 1 - New Customer Start Here  (Or new to this page)

Step 1 Set up Account on Melaleuca Link sent by your enroller - The person who is helping you set up an account should have started the process with Melaleuca and you should have received a text or an email with instructions for 

  1. A. setting up your password  
  2. B. putting in your contact information and shipping information  
  3. C. inputting your credit card information will be charged when you shop   
  4. D. selecting a backup order in case you forget or are unable to shop (hint: choose the customer favorites for now then change it later)  
  5. E. Then check "yes" to be a marketing representative so you are eligible for more free products.  You may or may not want to share Melaleuca with others or even put in your social security number.                                                           

Note:  If you did not receive the email from Melaleuca, please contact whoever gave you the information for this page.  Now, log in to your Melaleuca Account, you are ready to shop!

Step 2 Shop for your first order - Try one of the New Customer Packs or purchase products that equal 35 points +$20 ($20 of products are FREE on your first order within 48 hours) 

Product Points - Each product has a point value. When you shop, calculate the number of points as you place items in your cart.  The number will also show up when you check out.

Remember to add $20 worth of product to your first order after you have ordered 35 or 44 points and check the little box labeled "Use Loyalty Shopping Dollars" and watch the price turn to $0.

Step 3 Text UPDATES to 661-344-4043 to receive updates for customers on the newest products, and other Fun Stuff . . .

Step 4 Watch Foundations Video so you understand how Melaleuca began and the philosophy behind the company.

Step 5 Technology - Download Zoom.us on your devise so you can access team meetings, team overviews, and team activities like parties.

Before You Begin . . .

Use this page in conjunction with the GROW APP available on your website.

Since this page is for Melaleuca, The Wellness Company, customers only, log into your Melaleuca.com website before you begin.  Most of the links will only work if you are logged into your Melaleuca account.

Day 1 First Become a Customer!  Click on this Link to Watch the Overview of the Company.

Also, watch the video on the Compensation Plan if you are open to receiving "Thank You Checks"!

Haven't shopped for a while?  No problem. Has it been over 6 months?  Click here to open a new account so you receive benefits like $100 in FREE PRODUCTS.

If you shopped within the last 6 months, you are most likely a regular Melaleuca customer and all you need to do is log in to Melaleuca.com.  If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot Password" and create a new one.  You can activate your preferred customer account, shop as a regular customer and pay retail, or just look at the website. 

Day 2 - Refer New Customers 

IF You are One of the 18% of customers Who Would Like to Earn a Thank You Check Each Month START WITH the GROW APP and earn all your Badges by learning the system.

The GROW App has most of the information about the company in a beautiful format with a video, a pdf, or a link.  You will find that this is the best way to communicate with not just your customers, but prospective customers, and others who have questions about the products and the company.

Step 1 Earn Your Badges on the GROW APP.

Step 2 Strategy Session in person or on THE GROW APP.

Step 3 Plug in to Melaleuca Company Events and training.

Step 4  Add Google Calendar.  Then go to "Other Calendars" , click the "+" to add a calendar.  Type in Wellness 12 Team Calendar.  Sandie Siemens will add you to the calendar and You will now see all of the Overviews and Team Events by our team. 

Step 5 Join the "She Means Business" Facebook page to learn more about our team and the events in the United States and Canada.
